I have tall valve covers to clear my roller rockers and therefore have intake spacers. I would like to eliminate the spacers but I need someone to tell me how or help me grind down the stock valve covers to make them fit and drop the spacers, or tell me what short valve covers will just fit. Thanks.

I think the general procedure is to remove the 3 screws holding the oil pan filler baffle down, and grind anything that looks like it's getting in the way of that rocker, the baffle-screw bosses I'm pretty sure have to be hit.

Otherwise that's it. slap it on and rotate it by hand, otherwise the motor running will crack it if it still interferes. (like say a really high lift cam or something)

it's just the passenger side valve cover

I had a clearance problem when i got roller rockers with the valve covers on my 95gt. I got a set of valve covers from a foxbody that worked just fine. Hope this helps
