If your changing head gaskets i would get a new set of head bolts. They tend to stretch over time if that makes sense

stocks are not reuseable, either buy some new ones from kragen or arp's if you plan to do it again. you want 85-90 lbs

ARP 7/16th bolts are at 70% yeild strength at 70ft/lbs with ARP moly lube. This is the torque ARP recomends.
Use sealant on the bottom bolts & torque them to 75-80lbs as the sealant is not a good lube for proper torquing. Use ARP moly lube on the top bolts & torque to 70-75lbs. Use a quality torque wrench... Any torque wrench that has been sitting stored without having it re-set to zero should NOT be used! All torque wrenches must be stored at the zero setting or they will no longer be accurate.
Whatever you do, do not exceed 87.5ft/lbs on 7/16th inch ARP bolts/studs. This is 100% yeild & anything over that will stretch the bolts/studs & they will be trash.
