my clutch is startin to go...
whats good out there?
i have heard nothing but good about spec clutches
king cobras i have heard a lot of good..also a few horr stories
centerforce clutches?
any one have any good/bad stories?

Stock or near stock motor? You can't got wrong with the King Cobra, Spec 1, Spec 2 or even the Motorsport HD, even though it has a heavy pedal.

im only puttin out 700hp to the wheels with my stock engine
haha..but really im gettin a blower (or turbo) hehe... soon so i need something that can handle a little bit of power

I got King Cobra Clutch and its been in my car for almost a year now and you know me Every week drag racing and weekend Its holding strong and i love it..

if ur going to be pushing boost I would go with a spec or centerforce clutch

I have had 3 different clutches.... the Ford HD and King Cobra, and the Centerforce. There isn't too much difference in the Cobra and HD, except the HD was really stiff on the pedal. Only about a $100-150 difference in price.
The Centerforce clutch was really nice, but for how much you would pay for that I would say go with the spec line of clutches because I have heard good things about them (except installation).
If you are worried about getting blown and not having enough in the driveline to support it, save money on the clutch and bump up on actual tranny to a world class or tremec.

how the instll on the specs? i do all my work myself...its no dif than any other clutch right?(install wise)
yea im goin to get a new tranny down the line too...prolly a 351 and a y trim
