Has anyone used this kit on a 4.6 and whats your thoughts on this kit? Are you happy with it? I know you have to go with a different filler neck so What did you do for the filler neck?

What kind of RWHP are you looking to support? That setup is beyond an overkill if the bottem end of your 97GT is stock.

Well as of right now I am not putting much power out but once It's not my daily driver it will need a fuel system, So I figured since I am getting ready to change the injectors, MAF, and pump I might as well just do the whole system.

They had an article on this kit in the new 5.0 Magazine. I took the luxury of scanning the article and hosting it on my website: http://www.customfastbackca.com/April50.htm [patriot]

Ask questions if you have'em, anyone who thinks they're too cool, know's it all, or doesn't want to look stupid has more problems than you.

This is a good article, however, his '97 GT still uses a return fuel system. That article is for '99+ GT's running "returnless" fuel systems.
Figure out what kind of power you want to run, then buy the pump to match. Make sure the pump you buy is ok for everyday driving or else you will overheat it and causes some serious issues. Check summit once you decide on a kit. They have good prices on there fuel systems.

Thanks for the article! The kit I was looking at is actully different, I plan to ditch the vortech FMU. I was looking at the street kit but one of the guys at Aeromotive suggested the competition kit. Here is a like 5.0 dynamic
