I have an offroad H pipe and Magnaflow mufflers, both are 2 1/2" welded into the stock catback which is 2 1/4 am I loosing HP because of this?

I think if you convert over to some 5 1/4" fart tips you'll free up an extra 50 HP (or so) [Whoo Whooooo!]

-It seems pointless in having 2.5" mufflers/H-pipe that go into 2.25" tips!! [Roll Eyes] ....I dont think your losing that much horse power though..Maybe 4hp??....It will become more restrictive when your "on the bottle".... [burnout]
-I wouldnt worry about it too much as bigger exhaust after the mufflers hit the stock upper control arms from time to time..
-TRY2PAZ had 2.5" Flowmasters welded on his factory cat back, O/R H pipe and stock manifolds!..He was close to 400rwhp with a Vortec, chip and a power pipe.. [burnout]
