inside the engine bay on the firewall of the passander side at the bottom is a hole with nothing connected to it... i see coolant driping out of there...is it just a hole to let coolant drip out when the heater core breaks so it doesnt leak coolant all over the interior or? any help would work thanks

It drains condensation from the Air Conditioning.....but it will also drip coolant if the heatercore is toast.

You could bypass the heater core..Just take the two hoses that go into the firewall for the heater core and connect them together..If you do this you will be without a heater, but you will no longer have a leak!!.........OR..You could just replace your heater core and fix it right.(prepare to take your dash off!)

Haha, I have the same problem on my daily driver and I was going to post the question on here but monument actually had someone that knows something about Fords working for once [Roll Eyes] Just bypass the heater core, it is a huge pain in the ass, I'll be rolling with no heater and no AC.
