Sometimes the car will feel sluggish. During this condition it idles a little high and it seems like it takes longer than normal for the engine to drop in RPMs between shifts. I have done a basic tune-up and cleaned the throttle body. Before, this would only happen once in a while, but it has been constant for the past few days. Any advise is appreciated.

It can be a lot of things. I had a bad TPS sensor cause something similar. Pulling the codes from your computer is always a good place to start.
