Me and 3 of my friends were looking underneath my friends 93LX and we noticed green coolant behind the waterpump.. Like somewhere near the distributor roots.. Underneath the distributor housing.. NOTE: Its not leaking bad.. Like a cup of coolant every 4 days..

At first i thought it was his water pump but its behind the pump.. We can see a little crack on top.. Should we just seal that crack with some patch? LaTeZ

It's most likely the plate that bolts to the back of the water pump. There's a gasket there that goes bad after a while. To fix it right, you'll need to remove the pump. [Smile]

It could be the timing cover gasket. Mine leaked a couple of months ago. I hope for you it's not because that's a shitty repair job.

We cleaned out the area where the leak was coming from and now its pretty obvious.. The leak is most likely from the intake gaskets. He doesnt want to get it fixed now because of the lack of leak.. He said when the leak gets bigger he will get it fixed [BS flag] LoL i told him he could blow a head gasket [Razz]
