Alright guys. If any of you have heard my car then you are perfictally aware that my car is LOUD. Over the bast few weeks I have decided that it is too loud. So now I have came to the conclusion that I want the exact opposite.

Any suggestions of a good flowing quiet muffler. My deffinition of quiet is, lest say, more muffled then Magnaflows for example. I don't want to hear the exhuast anymore.....

WTF, is wrong with me [Confused]

Dynomax 'Ultraflows'
They flow ~1000cfm each.

Second choice would be spintechs.

On a 5 liter I would go with the borla setup. I have the borla mufflers and side pipes that came with the SVO ground effect package. The quality of borla speaks for itself and what is nice is that when I am just cruising the car is not to loud. Its very tolerable and I have an o/r pipe. Whats nice is when you get the rpms up high it sounds like a nascar!! I was like you about 3 years ago in that my car was to loud. Switched to this setup and it is perfect for me!! Hope this helps

I'm swapping to Borla XR-1's, which frees up a pair of slowmaster 2-chambers if you're interested. They aren't incredibly loud. 2 people can *almost* carry on a conversationn at highway speeds, lol (slowmasters).
let me know, before I do something stupid like put the slowmeisters on my other cars, lol.
If you want quiet though, geez rummage around behind a muffler shop and find some F-150 take-offs [worship] [worship]

My current setup is long tubes, o/r H, and 2 chamber flows. Everyone loves the sounds of the car. It isn't really loud when I'm off the gas. But once I get into it watch the hell out! [Wink]

If you want proof, come to the track, I'll be there [Wink]

LAST302 - I dont want it to be loud at WOT...thats what I'm trying to get away from...lol

our cars probably sound identical
I have MAC 1 5/8" longtubes, off-road shorty H, and 2-chamber blowmasters [Wink]

actually, I'm sure they sound identical, lol. [patriot]

oh well, if you want in your face proof of what mufflers not to run (to be quiet) wait till you see my XR1's [patriot]

on my car, the longtubes significantly quieted the car down (compared to the factory shorty headers and a normal length off-road H) with the 2-chamber slowmasters
