Anyone on here using it?

Thanks in advance, Drew [patriot]

I know that Gabe is using it. But shit, he hasn't even put enough miles on that car to break it in....lol

I guess I'll wait and see if STOKED replies [patriot]

what up drew I have a stage IV on my 99gt it took some time getting use to the pressure plate but it works for me
I dont have plate chatter, but once in a while I slip the clutch out to soon and the car will jerk alittle but I would think the stage III would be alot more streer friendly

I have around 1400 miles so far and mine and is very gooooood...

In the first 100 miles of breaking it in.... its a monster... well mine was. It would buck and just lockup and jump out when I was breaking it in.

Spec sent me the new? stage III or thats what they told me. It has a 6 puck disk instead of 4...... I think they said the 6 is better for the street then the 4.... Spec said it will be chatter free after 300 or 500 miles, after which it was chatter free after 200 miles...

But don't get me wrong I get chatter in reverse or when parking cause It does not like the really low rpms.

Oh yea the pedal presure compared to my ram kevlar is like a feather... [Big Grin] [worship]

Hope this helps.... [patriot]

BTW my car is my daily driver and I would put it in again.. haha [Big Grin] [Eek!]

Man, are ou ever going to come up to Sac Raceway? I wanna drive a stage 3 car. My Ram chatters at low RPMs and thats what i'm trying to get away from. I just don't want to pay the money to be in the same situation I'm in right now.

BTW, thats for the quick responces guys! [patriot]

I have a stage III. At first I was scared because for a couple hundred miles it was chattering and really shaking the whole car. I couldn't catch first without spinning the tires, that kind of crap.

Now, it is marginal for a daily driver, IMHO. If I had to live with this clutch every day I'd be swapping her for a stocker in a second.

I had the same thing with mine too, but now it's better. At low RPM, like you saw above, it will chatter if you try to slip it. The 4.10's help a lot though. Also, I like the pedal feel, it's nice and firm and doesn't bother me in traffic.
