if my oil pressure gauge is only at the 2nd sometimes (rarely) the 3rd dash on my guage...what would that mean? like...where would i most likely be losing pressure at? i burn oil..its a quart every 1000 miles..20 50 weight. what do u all think the problem is? piston rings? i hope not..that would be a big problem. thanks

the only problem with 10w30 is that i burn through that hella fast. when i floor it...i can kinda see some smoke come out the pipes and people tell me..if they are behind me...that they see blue smoke. i do have a rocker arm tick that i need to fix. would that have anything to do with me burning oil?
