boost??zex is a nitrous kit, but i dont know someguys may call that boost. well, i know a lot of guys that run 125-150 shot on there stangs and no probs yet, a 75 shot on a basically stock motor is fine, but when you get to like 125, do yourself a favor and get ignition, like 2 step colder plugs, and retard the timing a little and that should be good, especially for like the 125 level.

i wouldnt resommend 125+ shot on astock motor over 100k

go 75 =) unless you are like me and are looking for an excuse to blow up your stock motor so you can build up a new new one.

125 is fine for your motor, ask anyone i know whose running 150 shot on stock stangs, you wont blow it. i mean use it in moderation. my buddy runs 150 on his 185,000 mile 5.0. do what you gotta do, but i run a 125, use it wisley
