If I were to put on a edelbrok intake with a 65mm throttle body an stock heads?

Maybe 1 MPH? I believe in the drag racing forum FasterDamnit posted that he installed a cobra intake on his stocker combo and only picked up something like .33 mph, but ran 102 mph more consistantly. I'm sure he'll chime in here with the exact numbers.

it is safe to assume you will get 10 hp out of that switch.

roughly 1 mph.

I got a similar gain from a MAF/TB and explorer intake (1 mph ish).

Long tubes were worth nearly two for me, but by then I already had an intake so it's not apples:apples.

Well-
My intake was ported and was a bad mismatch w/ the heads intake ports. I think it was a solid 1mph and 1 tenth. With an intake that the ports actually line up nicely you should see a .2 to .25 improvement in ET. The Performer is a good choice for stock to mild heads. If you can find one used you will pleased w/ the performance vs. cost...
