Yeah, just found out. It looks like headgaskets. 2 and 3 are out and leaking from cylinder to cylinder and so are 7 and 8. Time to pull it apart and put something better on:D

You were just using the felpro?
Could you have ordered your heads W/ O-ring set up?
You should try the felpro O-ring gaskets, I heard they work well [Smile] just my 2 cents [Wink]

Well at least the problem is a 1 day fix. I'm sure the type of gaskets you had on there are before fine. Your motor is low compression and all motor. Kind of hard to blow a head gasket with that setup. Just look at your stock motors gaskets on the bottle.

They could have been hurt if you beat uo on your car a lot before your tune.

I'm positive it happened when the motor heated up almost to the top. A water pump hose was loose and shot coolant/water all over the timing cover. That was before the tune. After that I had some bubbling in the overflow but only after the car was at full temp. I suspected I might have a gasket problem but didn't think much about it until it started running a little rough and then gave out at the track. Brian thinks these gaskets are fine and the heat probably lifted the head and it took some time for the cylinder pressure to just take it out. I'll have it torn down this Fri/Sat and everything on it's way to being fixed.

Huh??? He built the motor and did the cam. Has nothing to do with him [Confused] My track #'s aren't a representive of what it's capable of because it was down on power and went out on that day. You'll see next time out because I'll guarantee it's nothing less than 114-115 MPH in my full weight drop and still NA with 306".
