who in the bay area does good port work on heads and intake?also how much does it cost ..how many HP do you get out of port work?

Techcraft in Redwood City. When it comes to porting, nothing is cheap but it is money well spent. A good stage 3 port job could run well over a $1000 dollars, you have to make a decision as to what you want out of your car with respect to how much you want the heads to flow.

foxlake, TEA, come to mind for reputable shops. They are not local, unfortunately.
But, I challenge you to find one shop this side of the mississippi that has their work in any car that has national accolades in the NHRA, of for us stangers, the NMRA or Fun Ford. [patriot]

What heads are you looking to port? With such a wide head selection for windsors these days, you're often better off just buying a "bigger" head than grinding your existing one larger.
