Friend has an unmolested 54k mile 1991 5.0 Notch. Easily one of the cleanest in existence.

I got a retired SSP CHP for sale

And it's gotta rebuilt engine that me and my friends rebuilt ourselves. ( we are very good with 5.0's )
It just passed smog about 4 days ago

Sounds really clean, is he considering selling? I've typically been staying away from the unmolested/low mileage mint condition ones, simply because people are asking outrageously high prices for them (10-15K) - not to say they aren't worth it, but I intend to do a modular transplant/custom paint, so I'm not too concerned about completely stock.

Did you happen to see a electric blue notch for sale in the peninsula? i saw it on IG, selling for $7k. looked very clean.

There is a few nice ones on Craigslist right now. Terminator swapped and a mmff grey colored one. All over 20k thogh
