no offense but if its as simple as a radiator cap buy a new one and go take it out on the highway?
its obviously worse than that lol no body ignores a 9.99 part fix.

It could be as simple as a radiator cap but you went ahead and changed the waterpump/thermostat and timing belt first. Lol!

I believe those had the Hydraulic cooling fan, which is actually ran off of the powersteering. has he checked to make sure his power steering has no leaks and the reservoir is full?
