Was going to put this in a project but as usual plans change!
2003 Ford 5.4l longblock out of a 03 f-150
its got 45k on it and sounds/runs hard no issues, 8 bolt crank, 330ci
comes with motor mounts,bbk shorty headers,valve covers,and Adaptor plates
the headers and adaptor plates alone are worth $500
i dont have an intake manifold but with the adaptor plates any stock 2v PI intake mani will work with stock hood, aftermarket manifolds require cowl hood
this is a really easy swap for those looking for more power everything bolts up the same, little bit of fab work needed for you stock hpipe guys but if you have an off road x/h pipe no modification needed!!

SOLD the bbk shorty headers so it doesnt have headers anymore but any shorty/stock manifold will work for 2v's
