i always thought the 93 cobra was 5 lug i dont think those are OE

Nope. They are OE. I have owned a few cobras, currently have two 93 cobras and one of which is bone stock. Both are 4 lug. Mustangs went to 5 lug in 1994.
Plus the repo's are an inch wider with a different offset for standard 5.0 rotors. Cobras have a deeper hat on the rotor.
