Sounds like you plan for it to be a beasty street/open track car? If that's true, you should make an attempt to come up and run it at Sonoma Raceway. There's a few events in November that will end the season, then restart around February 2013. Taking it out on a road course is the ultimate test of engineering in my perspective. Send me a PM if you head out this way and we can meet up at a trackday

Also, I don't know much about the steed 5-link setup, but if you plan to stay with a solid rear end, I'd highly suggest maximum motorsports' phb/ta setup. I run it, as well as many others on the board, and I've had no regrets! Way cheaper than the Griggs setup.
