T i dont think so or i would take it. Mine clears the 2.3 by like 1/4 inch at best and te 2.9 seemed much bigger at least from my memory

No it will not. It's designed for a eaton car. I have the same brace. But not on the car lol.

mine is actually for kenne bell or whipple but the 2.9 is too big anyway
