Fusion specialists in benecia has built them before (Andrew the owner guided me through building mine). If you bring him a stock lower intake, I am certain he will beat any labor price you will find from what I have seen. He's an upstanding business owner and really knows his stuff when it comes to those shortrunners.

Here is the finished product of what Fusion Specialists will make you. Andrew will take 1.5" off the runners to raise the power band and still have plenty down low.
