I was being serious lol..and as for your question regarding a new clutch in the tech talk section go for a dual friction centerforce with their throw out bearing or give spec clutches a call and ask which clutch they would suggest for your set up

oh ok, coo then, I was actually about see whats up with this clutch set another member on here just posted. he's selling it minus the bearing though see. the one in my car now makes a squeeky sound wherever I go, unit I press the peddle a bit. Valley auto here in Hayward had mine for $30, don't buy a used TOB. It won't squeak until you hear it in the car then it's too late, also make sure it's all metal. No plastic.
Also, it can be done without removing bellhousing. Just remove trans itself, replace it and toss it back in, [ June 16, 2011, 09:08 PM: Message edited by: LS1 ]

thanks man, no plastic , got it. and used may be no good. alright I'll stop trying to be cheep and just get one new. right on for the advice everyone

If u talkin bout that zoom clutch 4 sale , that wont work wit ur stock tranny cause the clutch is 26 spline

I was talkin about the Zoom clutch, I looked into it a bit more , and also noticed that it wont work, cuz the spline count on my stock trans is like 10 not 26. its all good though, Im just gonna get a stock set from kragens. my main concern now is the plug wires clearance w the GT40ps, I got stock headers still, and some wire sleeves , we'll see.....
