Stock Suspension, Chevy Powered, Foxbody Mustang Coupe – TT5/Drag Radial/Grudge

This car has ran in WCHRA’s TT5 and Drag Radial class over the last two seasons – currently #2 in points in Drag Radial. It has ran a 5.13/8.02 at 139/172 with 1.23 sixty foot on a 28x10.5 ET Drag as seen in the following video at the end of this post (the car appears at 0:32 and 4:26).

This car features the following:

• 436” Brodix -12 headed SBC w/ Callies crank, Crower Rods, Ross pistons, Jesel rockers/belt drive, dry sump built by Rick Santos @ S&S Automotive (0 passes since freshened)
• Two (2) Direct Port Nitrous Systems by Steve Johnson/Induction Solutions, Edelbrock nitrous controllers
• Lemons headers (2 to 2 1/8 to 2 1/4) with 5” collector mufflers
• Mike’s Transmission Ultimate Vasco Glide with 1.80 straight cut gears,
• Neal Chance 9” convertor
• Fully built 35 spline 8.8 rearend, Mark Williams driveshaft and universal joints
• QA1 K-member, A-arms, Varishocks dbl adj struts, Flaming River manual rack w/ bump steer kit, MM caster camber plates
• Team Z uppers (shorter instant center) and double adjustable lowers with stock springs, Afco shocks, Wolfe dbl adj sway bar
• Weld Draglites 15 x 10 w/ 6.5bs (rear), 15 x 3.5 (front)
• Goodyear 275 Drag Radials (0 passes), Mickey Thompson 26 x 4.5 ET Fronts
• Product Engineering PE4450 fuel pump, Barry Grant 4-port regulator (motor), Two (2) Modified Holly regulators (nitrous)
• All fiberglass body parts (including one-piece front end)
• All lexan windows (less quarter windows)
• 16 volt system w/ 2 Turbo Start batteries and battery charger
• MSD 7531 ignition and MSD coil
• Racepak Sportsman
