i was told i need 6.75 pushrods for an ecam is this true if not wut size do i need to run ???

Depends more on the heads than the cam.

Also , you actually need to measure to get it right .

Stock pushrods are 6.25" the most you can go is 6.3". I have trickflow 6.3" hardened pushrods I'm running with the same heads setup.
