I have a '99 P71 w 136k on it. Just had a trans and torque converter flush along with a trans filter replaced, new spark plugs, new fuel filter, new shocks front & back, new pcv, 2 1/4 h pipe with flowmasters, new '06 grill, new belt, new intake manifold, new belt tensior, re hooked the back windows up and im sure there is more. Lots of new Motorcraft only parts on the car and it runs really good .
THE BAD- Just needs new cat to smog it. $2,000
