Here it is: My 89 Coupe that I just rebuilt 2 months ago. RECEIPTS FOR NEARLY EVERYTHING. but do have receipts for rebuild on engine.
I am also interested in trades for a nice Truck or SUV.
What I am looking for
- 2001 and up Yukon - 2001 and up Tahoe - 2001 and up Suburban - 2000 and up Excursion - 2000 and up Escalade - 2000 and up Expedition - 2000 and up Navigator
I would like $8000 pretty firm but can move slightly.
Almost all the work was done by blown95svt (Brandon) with some it done by me.
Here is the break down:
1989 Coupe; converted from a 4 cylinder - conversion was done by my friend Fred.
Right now; it probably makes around 410-430 RW; no tune on it since I am still breaking the new motor in. have a lot of miles to go
This car was converted last year (May, 2008) from a 92 CHP donor car
- At the time: it received New carpet and headliner.
- The seats are out of an 85 GT with no headrests; they have been recovered but have a wear mark on the driver seat by your legs and not in the normal side spot.
- The car also received BRAND NEW A/C parts and Heater core using R-12 so it's icey cold. -> I just noticed a leak yesterday and will the buyer will more than likely have to have it recharged. (09-28-2009)
- Also, I bought an polished S-trim and stuck that on as well.
By the winter time, it blew the the front crank and rear main seals so I rebuilt the motor this year. You can see the rebuilt stamps on the motor, from my engine builder, on the back of the block. I also have receipts for all the new parts that went into the engine like rings, oil pump, gaskets, etc. Since, I tore it down this Spring, I decided to add a bunch of parts. I have receipts for almost everything.
Exterior is an 8 out of 10; a few marks and 2 small dents but it is straight as an arrow
Interior is a 9 out of 10; because of the wear mark on the seat
New Parts added June 2009.
running and quick rev

stock compression, we went with bolts because at the power level he is at right now, we figured we rather blow a head gasket than break a block, its the fuse car is strong!
