I'd say he could probably get somewhere in the mid $6k range. I'd probably set my asking price at $7,500obo. He might scare some folks away with the $8k. I just sold a really clean (but not this clean) hatch for close to $5k, and believe that I probably could have held out for more. A coupe should be worth 1-2 thousand more to the right buyer.

100K means nothing for a 16-22 year old car. And Stock Motor is actually very sought after by many.
I sold a stock motor 125K mile coupe for $12K just this year.
I agree however, that car is probably not worth $8K, but I can see it fetching $6500-7000

I agree with Luke...STOCK motors are worth more than modded/molested motors in my book. I'd pay more for a clean car in stock condition than a car with HCI setup and new paint. Just my opinion

Definitely agree, but I find it funny that in the guys links for pics it has MANonCHILD, just an FYI. So the car might not be molested.... [ September 02, 2009, 11:54 PM: Message edited by: K-ris ]

Like I said, let the hatin begin. If its not yours, its not clean enough, right? Nice coupe and regardless of the price someone WILL buy it. Good Luck with the sale and I hope you get what you are asking.

Shit in that case I wonder what mines is worth?
I've got a '91 medium red (only 221 mustangs were made medium red in '91 not to mention how many of those were 5.0's and how many of those were coupes with ALL black interior) 82,000 ORIGINAL miles and I am OFFICIALLY the second owner, I bought the car from a 55 year old couple that had bought it brand new, just about completely stock, A/C Delete and an aluminum crank pully are the only mods, One of THE cleanest ALL BLACK interior you will see for a long long time, the paint is faded though. But I wonder how much I can get for it If this guy wants 8k for this one..... [ September 03, 2009, 04:10 PM: Message edited by: RODRIGUEZ ]

Im nowhere near trying to sell rite now just wondering how much its worth. We all know KBB's full of shit paints oxydised could be brought back with a good waxing. Faded paint and power went out on the door locks is ONLY FLAWS. Geting it repainted very soon
