i have a cobra front bumper the only thing is its primered and that little piece in the middle of the bottom is cracked, give an offer and we'll make somethin work

I have a silver front bumper of my '95 GT for $40
Is the cobra an OEM bumper or an aftermarket one? Let me know if Andy doesn't take it.
