Author Topic: WTB: Stock H-pipe SNCOBRA ¯ Member # 8004 posted                              Looking for a Stock/factory H-Pipe with the converters. Needed to pass smog. Willing to trade my 2 catted h-pipe (not sure of the brand and it WILL NOT pass a smog test????) Anyhow please send me a PM or post if you have one f/s thanks. I put a H pipe with 4 cats on it and i failed miserably (HC PPM max allowed 121 at 15mph, I got 225. max allowed at 25mph 96, I got 274)(NO% 15mph 6.72, 25mph 6.94) (max allowed NO% is 0.76 15mph 0.65 25mph) and i made the mistake of not running a pre-test so now I am on the G P list. have fun. -------------------- '89 gt '90 gt Posts: 976 | From: sacramento | Registered: Apr 2008  |  : FlyingLow ¯ Member # 1485 posted                              I have an H pipe off of a 2000 gt would that work? I just tried to do my smog and didn't pass cause of the x pipe I have on my car. I know the feeling. Thats my project for this weekend. Let me know if you need it. I went to a local Exhaust Shop to get a estimate for 4 new cats installed Oh yeah, the H-pipe will be for a 98 Cobra. My Son is also in the market for a Stock h-pipe for his 87 GT. Thanks guys.
