you only need the 70mm when your pushing alot of gas into the engine (bigger # injectors, higher lph fuel pump...etc) too much air, not enough gas is going to bog your engine down and cause 'turbulence'. i recommend 65mm.... stock is around 54mm so this is a huge jump itsself. if you have an upgraded manifold your capable of using the 75mm on most manifolds. other than that, good ol 65mm will do you fine
