That list is from Shawn,He probably meant 3.65.
EDIT=Now that I think of it the Whipple comes w/ a 3.5,So I'll take that off the original post.When Shawn said 3.5" He was talking about the pulley that comes w/ the Whipple.

why do you need a stock upper pulley when youre gonna throw a whip on it.

With a 3.5" upper + 4lb lower is equal to a stock lower + 3" upper
