Nope. The car isn't setup to handle that kind of power. It would need significant chassis reinforcement and suspension upgrades. Additionally, it will cost a good bit more to complete the Windsor. IMO, the car will be much better off with a Ford Racing 306 in it.

Man, who would have ever thought 600+ horsepower and 650 lb/ft of torque could be such a burden?! ...It's true though, not worth putting it in unless the car is set up for it.

Not a burden. A preference. I'm already building a monster with my '65 and I want this car to be much more streetable... a cruiser with decent horsepower.
