whats the block looking like? judging from how that piston looks the block would have some markings in that barrel of the block. a decent set of calipers will tell you if the piston is 4.000 or 4.030.

Well in that case its 30 over. It is a 331. I bought it from dss a few years back, cracked the block from the center 3 mains to the cam, took it apart found this and its been in the closet ever since. Surprisingly the cylinder of the block had no damage. The piston looks worse in the pics than in person.
