I can vouche for this car, clean and very well built. I knew the last owner(one who built the car!) also turned some wrenches on it myself, buyer will not be disappointed! All car needs is paint!!

That what I was thinking when I seen it on CL for 8k, doesn't even have aluminum heads and needs a paint job ..... Not hating but OP get real brotha , in this economy and funds being so tight for most people a price of 7200 is unrealistic .

I'm wondering why people don't think this car will fetch $7200 when all it needs is paint
The motor is fully built hci motor, anderson power pipe ,msd dizzy, zex nitrous kit, five lug disc, full rear suspension tubular upper and lower control arms ,rear end girdle ,gears ,sub frames conectors, tubular Aje a arms and tubular k member, coil overs , if he had paint and maybe better wheels he could ask IMO 10k for it. ![[Cool]](cool.gif)

I believe he could get 7200 from somebody with that kind of cash to spend and the car DOES seem worth it. I think the only problem is finding somebody with that kind of money right now who is looking for a foxbody. I also think the welded key holes looks great. I don't like when you shave the door completely. Its a nice custom touch and not overdone. If this was CAfords 5 years ago this car would have damn near been in a bidding war. These guys need to stop hating. Who cares it needs paint lets face it, some kid is probably gonna buy it, attempt to "swing" it and it's gonna end up needing paint again anyway.
To the OP. I hope you get every penny you are asking for the car and as much of an inconvenience it really is you may have to expand your market past CaFords and local Craigslist.

--^^--true. But I don't think a solid converted coupe or one not modded tothe gills plus 3-4 grand is out of the question. But IMO, and I like coupes, I wouldn't trade that beast for a coupe.

I sold a 88 coupe with a built motor 5 lug disc gears for 2k this last summer and I'm sure if you look on CL you can find a decent stock fox coupe for around 2500 just got to be patient to find one

^^^ I see your point but also know its very difficult to find a fox that's not inflated in price especially a coupe that everyone thinks is a ssp I don't think I've even seen a reasonable stock coupe for under 5k in the last two years. Yours prolly sold within a few days.
