i got gt40p heads and ive been using the taylor plug wires, with 90* boots" they last for a bit but the 6 and 7 plugs have really no clearance and seem to always arc eventually" i'm tired of this shit and want to trade for a pair that will work for the BBK's ........long tubes only! if no one has what im looking for then i guess im gonna have to heat wrap the BBK's LMK thanks in advance ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

2 things bro. Heat wrap is gonna give you way less clearance and make those spark plug changes a pain in the ass. Second heat wrap is a bitch and time consuming to install, it does work great tho. If it is possible in your situation and cannot find anyone to trade you, I would sell your LTs outright and buy the correct header.

yah that might have to happen, i've been dealing with this since day one with the gt40p's and its getting old! car runs fucken great when it runs on all 8 cylinders ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

yah my original plan was to slap on my trickflows and just sell the P's" but i did the opposite and sold the trickflows ![[Frown]](frown.gif) you know of a long tube header that works? i was told these did, just had to use taylor wires with a 90* boot, but the shits still happening"

You can try ceramic boots. That worked for my uncle on his P heads.

clearance is gonna be an issue" post a pic or send me a pic to my phone and ill tell you if they'll work or not edit: your gonna have issues with the drivers side the passenger side clears with flying colors
