I have a set of Eibach progressive rate springs, from my 91 GT. They will lower your car approx 3/4" from stock, or if you have the Specific-rate spring blues, they will raise your car approximately the same - 3/4". Great ride and a definite improvement over stock or cheesy specific rate springs. These cost $250 new, first $150 takes them:

I also have an aftermarket shifter for the tried and true T5 transmission. It's a "no-name" unit, but it has everything the big names has. Adjustable stops and gate spring tension, as well as the ability to slide the shifter base forward or back depending on the driver's preference. Cost $150 new, first $80 takes it home.
