I have a set of Eibach progressive rate springs, from my 91 GT. They will lower your car approx 3/4" from stock, or if you have the Specific-rate spring blues, they will raise your car approximately the same - 3/4". Great ride and a definite improvement over stock or cheesy specific rate springs. These cost $250 new, first $150 takes them:

Adjustable stops and gate spring tension, as well as the ability to slide the shifter base forward or back depending on the driver's preference. Cost $150 new, first $80 takes it home.
