well it might be time to sell the boat . has treated me good all summer and its very fast .its time to get it for a good price as winter is coming and would like to free up some cash for a few other projects .
its a 1974 kona Jet boat it has a 455 olds big block water injected headers demon carb and a polished berkly jet with jeto-vator .
nice 7 speaker stereo system 10" sub , clean interior /paint... not perfect but still in decent shape .
boat runs real good . had a minor problem the other day i had to jump start it since the battery was dead and i blew the ignition module in the dist its only a $35 piece (mallory e-spark ignition module) and i did it once before and replaced it and started right up . anyone with a phillips screw driver sauder gun and heat shrink could fix the part
other than this the boat is water ready and ready to go ! pick it up cheap as winter is coming and these things sell like hot cakes in the spring/summer ..trailer has perm tags and boat is reg till 2011 .
looking to get $3500 its not firm and might be willing to negotiate a lil . maybe interested in some trades but would like to free up some cash for a few race car projects but dont need to sell so i can always keep it and enjoy it next summer !
