These are brand new. I got them a couple months ago and decided not to install them. I don't want to deal with sending them back to Summit but I will if I have to. These are the same mufflers that come in their catback kit, but these are natural and NOT polished. Lifetime warranty. The warranty card is still in the box. They cost $158 new with handling charge.

Decided to keep them.
They have a kink in them that looks pretty restrictive, but they don't make a 3" version of the 4x9 so I am just going to try them.
