Motor: 5.0 with roughly 80k on rebuild.
Stock botton end with D.S.S. main support/windage/arp studs, Melling oil pump, Canton racing 7qt. pan and pickup. Trickflow st heat heads with Trickflow 1.7 roller rockers, TF pushrods and arp head bolts. GT-40 intake, 24# injectors with a adjustable fuel regulator, E303 cam, MSD 6A, MSD coil, MSD cap and rotor and LiveWires plug wires. 70mm BBK throttle body with matching EGR, BBK cold air intake, BBK frame connectors, boxed trailing arm, Ford Racing "B" lowering springs and Monroe shocks and struts. Adjustable clutch cable and quad, firewall adjuster, Pro-M racing 75mm mass air sensor, power pulleys, fluidampner, 100 amp alternator, summit aluminum radiator and a Black Magic electric fan. Goodyear hoses, poly bushings all throughout including sway bars. FRPP lower control arms with low friction ball joints, FRPP aluminum driveshaft with a Lakewood driveshaft loop. FRPP 3:55 Ring & Pinion. Rebuilt the transmission in Jan of 08. B&M rip shifter, 2.5 flowmaster exhaust complete with Dr. Gas X-pipe and BBK equal length headers. Pony wheels with good tread. I also have MANY extra parts. I don't want to sell the car but I got into a bind and I am forced to. Roughly 80k on motor, 60k on trans, 50k on Diff and roughly 180k on chassis. Kenwood deck and 2 8" JL Audio subs that sound very nice. I am probably missing some parts but you get the idea. I also have receipts for almost everything. I would like 5k but will take any reasonable offer. Please no outrageous low ball offers!!

VENOMUS PONY 5.0: I did not buy this car from this board. I bought it off craigslist a year and 1/2 ago out of Salinas.

I also wanted to mention that I am currently located in Livermore but I am in the South Bay all the time. Sorry I haven't got ahold of everyone at this time, the amount of responses I received was more than I expected. I will be getting ahold of all of you shortly. Thanks again for the interest.
