I have a carpet kit used in a center console delete kit for sale. The carpet does have small holes in it from where the cage attached to the sheetmetal. Two holes are in the outside edge of the footwells and the other holes are on top of the bulkhead. Very clean otherwise, because of the holes I'll let it go for $20.
Here's a pic of the carpet, you also get an idea of where the holes are.
