I've got a brand new set of stainless stepped Kooks headers for the 03/04 style heads that I'd probably sell. I bought them a while back for my 03 but have decided I don't want to mess with LTs here in California. Here are the details:

They are new, unused stepped from 1 5/8" to 1 3/4" with 3" collectors. I'm not sure what the correct term is, but the collectors are "unfinished" meaning you would have to weld on flanges of your choice to connect them to an x-pipe... I was planning to buy stainless v-band (turbo) style clamps but you could just as easily instal ball-and-socket flanges to connect to an off the shelf x pipe. Either way some fabrication will be required which should be easy for an exhaust shop.

One other note about the collectors- one was slightly damaged in shipping... it was up against the side of the box and it appears UPS didn't handle it that gently. It has about an 1" long flat spot on the edge that will need to be fixed. Again, I think this is very minor for any exhaust shop, but I want to make sure I'm describing them accurately.

I don't have header bolts (I never got around to buying Stage 8 bolts) but I do have brand new Ford header gaskets that I'll thow in.

I'd take $600 for the headers. Let me know if you're interested and I can send you some pics (early in the week because I'm heading out of town this afternoon for the rest of the weekend). Thanks,

Matt
