How do you get your car in the show, and how far in advance do you have to reserve a spot..?

you can get in the day of the event. But you got to get there before 8am. Gates open at 6am, and there is usually a long line from then on. So earlier is better. Also makes it easier to get a better parking spot.

I think i'm gonna make this one, i primered my hood again today and now i just gotta wetsand. It could be done by sunday evening and back on my car except I don't have the right reducer for my type of paint. So it will all have to wait until monday.
