Hey everyone well I think its about time to start organizing this 4th Cali meet that will again be sponsored by GTR High Performance in Rancho Cucamonga.

For ALL of you guys that went to the other cali meets, you know they are nice and big, nice cars to look at and there will be AGAIN free refreshments and hotdogs, etc at this car show.

Mustang Enthusiasts Magazine has now CONFIRMED to make an article of the meet so make your cars look their best!!!!
5.0 mag: GTR spoke with them, no other planned shows for that date, so its up to the photographer completely...but GTR said it looks very good!

Mustang Enthusiast is a fairly new late model Mustang magazine. It is distributed nation wide and covers similar cars and stories as 5.0 Mustang or Muscle Mustang & Fast Fords. Since it is a fairly young magazine it is not as well known as the other mags, but it has quality. We have a 1 page magazine ad with them as a result. Check out their website at www.mustangenthusiast.com that should give you an idea of what they are about.
I got some good news about 5.0 Mustang mag. They have agreed to send out a photographer for the day of the show! The photographer will only be able to be here during the morning hours (up until about 12 or 1pm). Apparantly he has another commitment later that afternoon. That should give him a few hours to cover the show and check out the cars. Now, here is the deal: whether or not the show is featured in the magazine really depends on 2 things: The quality of the cars and the turn-out we get. That is it. They can guarantee me that they will send a photographer out to document the show, however, they can't guarantee that it will be featured or displayed in the magazine. Again, that all depends on the quality of the cars and turn-out we get. At that point, it will be up to the publisher and editorial staff of the magazine to determine if our show is "print-worthy".
Don't let that discourage you though. I have a feeling that if we get as good a turn out as we did last show, we will have a really good shot of getting coverage in the magazine. Anyhow, you might want to pass this along to some people you know and encourage them to really dress their cars up! Anyhow, I will keep you posted.
