I think all the people from the Livermore/Tracy area should meet up at Livermore In & Out and cruise out to this meet in Martinez. I dont know how long it takes to get up there but if the bbq starts at 12noon we should leave around 10:30-11am so we have time to cruise there at about 75mph.
That would be cool to cruise up there in a fat chain of stangs.
Watcha think?

We were going to meet at Pleasanton In & Out at 10 I think so we can get everyone together early. Take our time gettin there. Hell its easy for Livermore people, dublin, and p-town people to meet us there.

He was talking about the Red 96-98 Cobra with the black top. You were not behind him after the stop where your friend crashed. 
(I think you went back towards Pleasanton.) I was the unfortuinate one to get stuck behind him. I do have a V6 and wanted to go faster, but he wouldn't go. I think you turned around at the stop in Sunol to go check on your friend.

I saw a few sparks too, but my slow V6 wanted to go faster. It was hard for me to catch up to the rest of the pack when I was finally able to pass him at a stop sign.
We will both need to be closer to the front on the next cruise.

Hey Raven, I'm all up for getting the v6's out on the track, everybody needs a good laugh. Oh, in the 95's, there was an option for the 3.4L 160 hp engines or the 3.8L 180 hp. I was hoping to find a 3.8, but this one was in too good of shape to pass up. Oh well.
We'll have to wait until march until I can get a day off to go to the track though. I'm just looking forward to watching the others run also.

How funny is this? I'll be in LA that weekend too and heading home to try and get to the cruise in time, and I live in Sacto too Only problem I see with leaving from LA is I won't have my GT, I'll be in a box van with an empty car trailer so I'd have to get home to Sacto to get my car first.. ::sigh:: So heres my plan Leave for LA Thusday, haul ass home late Saturday, get up early, wash the GT and haul ass to the meet.. Then I'd LOVE to cruise home to Sacto with anyone else who is heading this way, e-mail me so I know who to look for!

jesse: when we take a report for things that are not crimes, an "incident report" is taken. incident reports are not open to the public. in most cases they require a subpoena to get a copy. if i were you, i'd call and ask for margaret mary goulart (M-F 8-5 type hours). she is the records supervisor. she'll know exactly what the deal is and if your report is able to be released. to make it easier for her, if you have it, give her the report number.

Sounds like the Sacramento people plan to meet at In-N-Out on Sunrise. So far we are looking at 9 a.m., but we may still do a little fine tuning on the time.

Just admit it, you don't want to be competing against your girl all the time The BAD SIDE (this is for a guys point of view) of having a girl who is into cars as much as you are is in most cases you will never have time to work on your ride cause she will have you working on hers all the time. I've done this a lot regarding my 1993 Ford Ranger , *but* the cool thing about the GT is I can do a lot of my own work thanks to bolt ons..

haha actually i am not trippen on working on her ride (who ever her might be). i mean i love to work on cars..so not really a down side. usually that means brownie points or choochie coupons

DAMMIT!! why are all the kick ass chicks up north!! i get respect from the guys that really know me and know that i can at least install N2O on a car...right Mike?? lol and YES it works...but most chicks down here are too concerned about their next nail appointment at least i have sunday to hang out with some girls i can relate to thank god!!
