Mid Valley Stangs understands there are several planned cruises to Fab Fords Forever and is in no way trying to take away from any of the cruises. We are simply opening up our cruise to give other options.
MVS will be hosting the “Inaugural California Stampede to Knotts” on Friday April 8th, 2011. This cruise will start in Modesto and follow the Highway 99 corridor through the Central Valley. Stops will be done along the way to gather members from our regional areas with the main gathering location being Fresno. From there we will jump off on the main leg of the cruise and stop for lunch in Lebec which is at the base of the Grapevine. After lunch we will continue into Southern California and into Buena Park (Knotts)
MVS has a block of rooms reserved at the Courtyard Marriott at a discounted rate for members. We want to invite any Mustang and Ford enthusiasts to join us on our inaugural cruise.
We know there will be larger cruises to Knotts but believe the “California Stampede” will be a fun time for all involved. We anticipate the cruise to be between 30-50 cars. Our desire is to have a slower cruise and keep all cars together as best as possible. A limited number of event shirts will be avail for sale.

Take Herdon Exit and look for the Starbucks

As you leave Lebec head south on I-5 over the Grapevine
Continue south on I-5 past LA
Continue south on I-5 until you past the 605 and continue past Norwalk
Take the Beach Blvd exit and go right (south)
As you go under Highway 91 the Marriott will be on the right
Just past Outback and Burger King
