Assuming typical H/C/I, on a standard healthy 302.. 13.4-13.2.

With no mods to my motor i ran 14.02 with just 4.10's and i had 220,000 miles...

They are a bit heavier than a fox but unless it's a race car the added creature comforts should out way the pounds...

The best my car ran with H/C/I on the stock 302 bottom end was something like a 12.8 @ 109. That was before any suspension mods, (with the exception of disconnecting the front sway bar at the track). Also, that was on slicks, but I don't think I had skinnies back then.
That was back in the day!

My stock 302 with U/D pulleys, 373s, O/R H pipe and baldish 18" tires went 14.0 at 95
