Going to sac raceway soon with a bunch of buddies running nitrous and superchargers and wanted to know if we need special parts or safety equipment to run?

how fast are they gona go? Bring atleast helmets, wear pants, and don't be idots that think it is cool to burn rubber half way down the track. It all depends on the numbers you guys turn.

Helmet should be about it...
Make sure the battery is properly secured, no leaks, and you have a radiator overflow bottle.

A helmet (snell 2005) and a single layer fire proof suit. Fire suits are only $50 and worth the expense.
If they go by NHRA rules, then any power adder requires you to have the above. In my experience at Sac, they don't inspect helmets or anything else real well on Street legal night. They may do more inspecting on bracket days or other events.
