There was only a few stangs out there tonight. I was towing the yellow nova with flames. That is my brother race team. They had there best run of 7.70 tonight.

My brother is Ron a lot of people call him Soup. Its Off the Hook Racing. It is Rocky's Car. They run a top end from Bob Bunker (Folsom Flash). Last night they had a lot of problems. They had 2 sub 9 test runs. On the 3rd run when the front end came down the steering box broke. He was very lucky to keep it from slapping the wall. We towed it back having to turn the tires by had. Some friends ran and got a stock box out of a Vega and replaced the cracked Flaming river box. Got back out and ran the 7.70. Came around again and had no forward gear. Called it a night at that point. If anyone was out there I ran my 04 Expedition down the track 3 times because they needed 6 full time slips. Thats why I took it down the track. It was a good night overall.

i basically did. car felt awesome and put down a 8.0@87mph 1/8 mile time and after that nothing

It looks like they are going to make it to Vegas, they wanted to go to Fontana and race but couldnt make it. 7.70 is not to bad with only the 3rd run on this setup. They are still working on getting the thing tuned to there liking.
