Well, I was planning on making it out, seeing as the 8th is my b-day. But tonight I pulled my diff cover off and noticed metal in the diff fluid. Upon further inspectiion I discovered a busted spider gear. So, looks like the GT will be needing a new rearend before it sees the track again.
All the same, I'll be there with or without the car.
BTW, if by some chance I can pull this off and get the car fixed, be looking for it on slicks and skinnies

Sweet...how much are you hoping to drop with the slicks and skinnies, 3 or 4 tenths?

Haven't really given it a lot of thought. But I would expect it to be faster than my DR times..lol

LOL! No, no, no...the rear didn't break until AFTER the axle broke! Once what was left of the axle acted like a pinball in there...it tore up the diff really good!
I'm blaming it on the track. If it wasn't hooking, I wouldn't have broke a rear end and gave your car some bad mo-jo!

What is funny about mine, is that I really don't have any idea how long it has been broken.
Heh, I was half temped to just put it back together

My rear broke, Eric's Mach1 broke an axle and Rhett split his tranny case all in the right lane. When it hooks it really hooks
If I get my car fixed on Friday I should be there Saturday

There is nothing listed on Sac's website for the new year. Is it $35 or $45 and have they implemitted the new rules for convertibles so I can run under 14.00 w/o a cage?

Forget it, I found it. I don't know if I want to drive all the way up there, pay $45 and only race from 1200-1600. Unless there aren't many people, 4 hours isn't very long.
